Here’s a delicious breakfast or pre-adventure snack that has protein and carbs that will keep you going strong.
- A glass or bowl
- Your favorite plain or vanilla yogurt (8 oz)
- Fruit. We love using sliced strawberries and a sprinkle of blueberries
- Granola cereal
- Place 1/3 of your fruit in the bottom of the glass or bowl.
- Layer with 1/3 of yogurt, followed by 1/3 of granola cereal.
