Yum – Yogurt Parfait: Perfect Pre-Adventure Snack

Here’s a delicious breakfast or pre-adventure snack that has protein and carbs that will keep you going strong.

You’ll Need:

  • A glass or bowl
  • Your favorite plain or vanilla yogurt (8 oz)
  • Fruit. We love using sliced strawberries and a sprinkle of blueberries
  • Granola cereal


  • Place 1/3 of your fruit in the bottom of the glass or bowl.
  • Layer with 1/3 of yogurt, followed by 1/3 of granola cereal.
  • Repeat.
  • ENJOY!
